Project and interim management

Companies are often faced with the situation of needing an (external) project manager for a limited period of time due to (temporary) resource bottlenecks or crisis situations in projects.

Due to my leadership, social and methodological skills, I can quickly learn and integrate myself in existing corporate structures and lead/push projects together with your team.

Please find a first overview of some of my previous projects under  “portfolio”.

An interim manager (or “manager on time”) takes over temporary management tasks and is responsible for the  results of the work performed.  Often this is also related to the authority to issue directives to internal employees.

Through my experience as an executive in various management areas – most recently as Technical Director with personnel responsibility for almost 100 employees – the precondition for successful interim management is given.

Technical areas/production or purchasing/supply chain are possible areas of application.

BTW……. the position as SCRUM MASTER can also be offered on an interim basis.
