Innovation and change management

Innovation management creates the framework conditions for a positive culture of innovation, for generating ideas and for the implementation of innovation projects. Innovations are not limited to “products”  but also in the areas of services, processes,  organisation and sales & marketing, innovations can add value for the customer and thus improve your competitiveness.

Innovation must be a chief issue and can only succeed with employees who want to actively participate in the innovation process (having the freedom and opportunity to do so).

My professional experience and additional training as a creativity trainer and innovation manager enables me to advise you on the development of a tailor-made innovation management system and to actively support you in its implementation.

Questioning familiar processes, changing corporate structures, new/changed roles and distribution of tasks…….. all this can create tensions and resistance in the organization and among employees.

Getting managers and staff out of their individual “comfort zones”, promoting their willingness to change and create trust and acceptance among all those involved, is not an easy task and requires skilled handling of change processes.

Planning changes proactively, supporting them operationally and anchoring them sustainably is the task of change management.

  • Which method should be used (Kotter’s 8-step model or the OKR method, or …. )?
  • How can the staff be successfully involved?
  • How can I turn those affected into participants?

I can advise you competently on these and other questions and support you in the implementation of change projects/processes.

Hands-on experience in various change projects, but also theoretical basics through up-to-date trainings are my qualifications for your change process.
