AGILE Transformation

The ability of a company to adapt quickly to changing circumstances is an important competitive factor and in many cases even essential for survival.
Both, the framework conditions (technologies, competition, legislation, etc.) as well as customer wishes (changes in the specifications ….) can change several times during the lifetime of a project.
Organizations should therefore be fast, flexible and close to the customer – and that’s where agile processes can be of great service.
The mere implementation of new agile processes or frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban or Design Thinking) is thereby not enough.
Becoming agile requires an “agile mindset”, i.e. the inner attitude of a person that makes it possible to allow uncertainty, to deal with changes in a constructive way and to accept that change happens permanently.
Ultimately, it is about the corporate culture that prevails in the organization:
- Are the managers and employees open and flexible?
- Are the hierarchies flat or rather complex organizational charts ?
- What happens when an employee makes a mistake?
- Is there a “command and control” mentality?
- Can employees make their own decisions?
I can create an “agile roadmap” for you and show you ways to agile transformation.
This includes competence development through education and training on the topic of “agile mindset“ and – if required – also recommendations for organizational adjustments.
The piloting of SCRUM teams – and possible scaling at a later stage (e.g. with NEXUS) – is another component of my service.
Due to my training as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I and II), I can also temporarily fulfil the role of a SCRUM Master.
BTW…….Agile companies are usually not only more creative but also economically more successful.
The attractiveness as an employer is also increased and it is easier to retain or recruit the “right” employees.
